Being two individuals that have lived with ADHD (attention deficit disorder hyper-active disorder) throughout our everyday life we know a few things about fidgeting. It is proven that fidgeting or physical exercise like foot-tapping can improve your attention span which help one focus. Every time a mutual friend handed us a fidget toy for the first time, there we were sold! We soon realized we don`t “fidget” just as much by annoying relatives and buddies with excessive pen clicking, foot tapping, nail biting and overall just being distracted in general. We would have liked to share this discovery of ours and help anyone of nearly every age which could take advantage of fidgeting, or maybe have needing to have something to fidget with. Thus, Fidget Boys stumbled on life.
